1. Information We Collect

• Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth.
• Usage data: Prompts you submit, videos you generate, and settings you configure.
• Payment data: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We only receive subscription status and transaction IDs.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic analytics to improve service reliability.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the AI video generation service.
• To manage your account, credits, and subscription.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To send transactional emails (e.g. receipts, account notices).

3. Data Storage

User profiles and generation history are stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the United States. Generated videos are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage and are accessible via CDN URLs.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google OAuth – for authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe – for payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• kie.ai (Google Veo 3.1) – prompts are sent to kie.ai's API to generate videos using Google's Veo model.
• Cloudflare – for hosting, CDN, and R2 storage. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (__session) to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us. Generated videos are stored for up to 7 days. Generation history may be kept for up to 90 days for service improvement.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Data portability.

8. Children's Privacy

Veo4 Studio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
