1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using Veo4 Studio, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when signing in.
• You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Credits and Payments

• Credits are required to generate AI videos. Each video generation costs 200 credits.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over.
• One-time credit packages are valid for 1 year from purchase date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the period ends.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
• Depicts or promotes violence, exploitation, or non-consensual acts.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains malware, spam, or is used for phishing.
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your content: You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. For videos generated with a paid plan, you receive a license to use them commercially.
• Free tier: Videos generated on the free tier are for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Our platform: The Veo4 Studio platform, brand, and underlying technology remain our exclusive property.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Videos are generated by AI (Google's Veo 3.1 model via kie.ai). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of generated content. You are solely responsible for how you use generated videos.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veo4 Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Veo4 Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
